Special Weather Statement issued January 14 at 7:19PM PST by NWS Pendleton OR

Dense freezing fog with visibilities at a half mile or less is
beginning to extend along Oregon Highway 11. Observations show the
fog has extended at least as far south as Athena. The fog bank is
expected to continue expanding south along the northern Blue
Mountain foothills, impacting the Pendleton area and portions of
Interstate-84 later tonight.
