3500 feet.

* WHERE…Elevations above 3500 feet in Buncombe, Mitchell, and
Yancey Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Some high elevation locations may experience
wind chills below zero tonight through around daybreak Wednesday,
perhaps as low as -5.
