High Wind Warning issued January 15 at 8:37PM MST until January 16 at 8:00PM MST by NWS Great Falls MT

* WHAT…Southwest winds 40 to 60 mph, with gusts up to 100 mph
expected.

* WHERE…The Rocky Mountain Front and adjacent foothills and plains.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Drifting snow will be possible primarily along
rural roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The period of most intense winds are likely
to occur between 6 AM MST and 3 PM MST Thursday.
