* WHAT…Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, and northeast South
Dakota.

* WHEN…From noon CST /11 AM MST/ to 7 PM CST /6 PM MST/ Friday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Isolated to scattered snow showers are
possible on Friday. Passing snow showers combined with these
strong winds could cause sudden significant drops in visibility.
