* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 25 to 35 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast
Minnesota, and central, north central, southwest, and west central
Wisconsin.

* WHEN…From 9 PM Saturday to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
