* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 38 below expected.

* WHERE…Central and Southern Valley, Dawson, Eastern Roosevelt,
Northern Phillips, Richland, Western Roosevelt, and Wibaux
Counties.

* WHEN…From 3 PM Saturday to noon MST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
