* WHERE…Portions of western South Dakota and northeast Wyoming.

* WHEN…From 8 PM MST /9 PM CST/ Saturday to 11 AM MST /noon CST/
Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
