* WHERE…Much of central and northern Iowa.

* WHEN…From 3 AM to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in under 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind chill values could fall to similar
levels again Monday morning and Tuesday morning.
