* WHAT…Very cold wind chills between 20 below to 30 below zero
expected. Wind chills will approach 35 below at times in central
and north-central Wisconsin.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Wisconsin.

* WHEN…From 9 PM Saturday to 9 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
