Cold Weather Advisory issued January 17 at 8:57PM CST until January 20 at 12:00AM CST by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 35 below zero expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning,
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 44 below zero expected.

* WHERE…Morrison, Todd, Douglas, Pope, Stevens, and Swift Counties.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Saturday to
midnight CST Sunday Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from
midnight Sunday Night to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Very cold temperatures
can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
