Cold Weather Advisory issued January 17 at 8:57PM CST until January 21 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, south central,
southeast, southwest, and west central Minnesota and northwest and
west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN…From 9 PM Saturday to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Very cold temperatures
can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
