* WHAT…Dangerously cold wind chills that will likely be at or
slightly below 0 by sunrise on Monday.

* WHERE…Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest
Georgia.

* WHEN…From late Sunday night through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS…An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause
ruptured water pipes. Animals which are not acclimated to
temperatures this low should be brought indoors or into shelter.
