Monday and Tuesday. This system will allow the coldest air of the

again on Tuesday morning. Wind chill values will fall to -10 to
-20 with some isolated locations falling near -25 each morning.
Wind Chill values this low can lead to frostbite or hypothermia.

outdoors, cover all exposed skin and dress in layers to keep warm.
