Special Weather Statement issued January 17 at 2:35PM EST by NWS Indianapolis IN

An area of arctic high pressure will settle across the region on
Monday and Tuesday. This system will allow the coldest air of the
season so far across Central Indiana. Low temperatures on Monday
morning will fall below zero at many locations. This will occur
again on Tuesday morning. Wind chill values will fall to -10 to
-20 with some isolated locations falling near -25 each morning.

Wind Chill values this low can lead to frostbite or hypothermia.

Limit time outdoors on Monday and Tuesday. If you must go
outdoors, cover all exposed skin and dress in layers to keep warm.
If working outdoors, take frequent breaks in a warm, heated area.
Bring pets indoors.
