* WHAT…South winds up to 30 mph. Blowing snow could reduce
visibility in some spots to a 1/2 mile or less.

* WHERE…The Dalton Highway north of Atigun Pass to Sagwon.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heavy drifting snow has been reported
from AK DOT.
