Winter Weather Advisory issued January 17 at 8:57PM MST until January 18 at 2:00PM MST by NWS Goodland KS

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to three inches.
Some blowing snow is possible as well.

* WHERE…Cheyenne and Kit Carson Counties.

* WHEN…Until 2 PM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slick road conditions and reductions in
visibility due to blowing snow. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A powdery snow is forecast leading to the
potential for blowing snow as it is falling. Any location that
does develop a snow pack may see additional blowing snow on
Saturday. Western portions of each county has the relative highest
potential to see highest amounts of snowfall.
