expected.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN…From 7 PM Sunday to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. An extended
period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
