Cold Weather Advisory issued January 18 at 11:10PM MST until January 19 at 9:00AM MST by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero in the
Sacramento Mountains and single digits in portions of Hudspeth,
Otero, and El Paso counties expected.

* WHERE…Sacramento Mountains, Otero Mesa, East Central Tularosa
Basin/Alamogordo, Southeast Tularosa Basin, Northern Hudspeth
Highlands/Hueco Mountains, Salt Basin, and Southern Hudspeth
Highlands.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM MST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
