* WHEN…From 10 PM Sunday to 10 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Dry conditions and breezy southerly winds will lead to near critical fire weather conditions Sunday. South winds of 12 to 16 mph with gusts of 20 to 25 mph are forecast for tomorrow. Relative humidity values will drop to 20 to 25 percent along with south winds 15 to 20 mph across northwest Minnesota, with occasional gusts to 30 mph in the Red River Valley. Given the extremely dry fuels, near critical fire weather conditions are expected for the afternoon hours. Any fire that does develop has the potential to quickly spread.
