Cold Weather Advisory issued January 18 at 5:02PM MST until January 19 at 9:00AM MST by NWS Grand Junction CO

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory tonight, very cold
temperatures as low as 25 below expected. For the Extreme Cold
Watch Monday night, dangerously cold temperatures as low as 35
below possible.

* WHERE…Upper Yampa River Basin.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9
AM MST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Monday evening
through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead
to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
