* WHAT…Very cold temperatures with wind chills below -25 expected.
Localized areas in open country may see wind chills below -30.

* WHERE…Portions of the Nebraska panhandle and east central, south
central, and southeast Wyoming.

* WHEN…From 8 PM this evening to 11 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
