* WHERE…Natrona County Lower Elevations, Wind River Basin,
Northeast Johnson County, and Southeast Johnson County.

* WHEN…From 10 PM Sunday to 8 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
