* WHEN…From 3 AM to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind chill values may fall to similar levels
again Monday morning and Tuesday morning.

Vernon, Chipley, Graceville, Bonifay, Marianna, Bradford, Cottondale, Ponce De Leon, Alford, Caryville, Wausau, Esto, Westville, Noma, Whitehead Crossroads, Cerrogordo, Gritney, Izagora, New Hope, and Noma Junction.
