* WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
Temperatures dropping to near or below freezing may result in a
pockets of freezing fog and black ice.

* WHERE…Portions of northern Connecticut and central, eastern,
northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Black Ice may result in hazardous travel as well especially
across bridges and overpasses.
