as low as 25 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch,
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 28 below possible.

* WHERE…Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast
Webster Counties.

* WHEN…For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 PM Sunday to 9 AM EST
Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Tuesday morning through
Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured
water pipes.
