* WHAT…Life threatening wind chills as low as 55 below zero.

* WHERE…All areas north and east of the Missouri River.

* WHEN…Until noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The life threatening wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The coldest wind chills are expected Sunday
night through Monday morning.
