* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 42 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously
cold wind chills as low as 46 below expected.

* WHERE…Campbell, Edmunds, McPherson, and Walworth Counties.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST Sunday. For
the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight Sunday Night to noon CST
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
