* WHAT…Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
possible. Isolated gusts to 75 mph on the favored coastal slopes
of the San Diego County Mountains.

* WHERE…Riverside County Mountains, San Diego County Mountains,
and San Diego County Valleys.

* WHEN…From late Monday night through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
