* WHERE…Portions of central, northeast, northern, and southeast
West Virginia.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Sunday to 8 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A flash freeze is possible Sunday night into
Monday morning as much colder temperatures move into the region.
