* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
7 inches.

* WHERE…In New York, Sullivan County. In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna,
Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties.

* WHEN…From 10 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Roads could become snow covered in the afternoon during
the heaviest snowfall, causing very slick conditions. Travel could
be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snowfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour will be
possible during the mid-afternoon to early evening hours.
