Winter Storm Watch issued January 18 at 9:02PM EST until January 20 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations
in excess of 6 inches possible within the most persistent lake
effect snows.

* WHERE…Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN…From Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. Patchy blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility, especially on Monday. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The greatest snow rates are expected Sunday
night into Monday morning, when rates can exceed one inch per hour
at times within organized lake effect bands.
