Winter Weather Advisory issued January 19 at 1:42AM EST until January 20 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Boston/Norton MA

* WHAT…Snow expected which may begin as a brief period of rain.
Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches.

* WHERE…Portions of southeastern Massachusetts and northern and
southern Rhode Island.

* WHEN…From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. 1″ per hour snowfall
rates are possible between 6 pm and midnight. The snow will have
come to an end in time for the early Monday morning commute…but
untreated roads will remain snow covered and slippery with
temperatures well below freezing.
