Cold Weather Advisory issued January 19 at 12:28PM MST until January 20 at 8:00AM MST by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as zero expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold
wind chills as low as -5 possible.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western
Texas.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 11 PM MST /midnight
CST/ this evening to 8 AM MST /9 AM CST/ Monday. For the Extreme
Cold Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing
temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
