Cold Weather Advisory issued January 19 at 1:40PM MST until January 21 at 11:00AM MST by NWS Billings MT

* WHAT…For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
of 40 to 50 below expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills of 30 to 40 below expected.

* WHERE…Carter and Fallon.

* WHEN…For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon MST Monday. For
the Cold Weather Advisory, from noon Monday to 11 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero
will cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
