* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 22 below zero expected.

* WHERE…Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Monday to 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
