* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 4 AM EST Tuesday.
For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 4 AM to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to
these temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures
could cause ruptured water pipes.
