Amherst, Bedford, Patrick, Botetourt, Franklin, Roanoke, and
Rockbridge Counties.

* WHEN…From 4 AM to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result
in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
