* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero expected
north of Interstate 90. Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below
zero through the Missouri River Valley.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, southwest
Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, and central, east central, south
central, and southeast South Dakota.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
