For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM Monday to noon CST

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 to 25
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind chills will drop to around 20 below zero
tonight into Monday morning. After some recovery Monday afternoon,
another round of dangerously cold wind chills of 25 to 29 below is
expected Monday night into Tuesday morning.
