Cold Weather Advisory issued January 20 at 12:14AM CST until January 21 at 12:00PM CST by NWS North Platte NE

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills in the negative 20s expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, southwest, and west
central Nebraska.

* WHEN…Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and
hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures. Wind chill values and very cold temperatures can
lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
