* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 3 below expected across
western, central and northern Oklahoma. Wind chills near 0
expected across southern Oklahoma and western north Texas.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, northern, northwest,
southeast, southern, and southwest Oklahoma and northern Texas.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result
in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
