Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 2 PM CST /1 PM MST/
Monday to noon CST /11 AM MST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
