as low as 26 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch,
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 28 below possible.

* WHERE…Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast
Webster Counties.

* WHEN…For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 9
AM EST Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Tuesday morning
through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
