Extreme Cold Watch issued January 19 at 10:59PM MST until January 21 at 11:00AM MST by NWS Albuquerque NM

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 10 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold
wind chills as low as 20 below possible.

* WHERE…Central Highlands, Estancia Valley, Curry County,
Roosevelt County, Upper Rio Grande Valley, and Northeast Highlands.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 8 AM MST Monday. For
the Extreme Cold Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday
morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as will threaten
hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
