* WHERE…North Park, Rabbit Ears Pass, Grand and Summit Counties
Below 9000 Feet, Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow
Range, The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the
Indian Peaks, and South Park.

* WHEN…From Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Hypothermia will occur with prolonged exposure to the
wind and very cold temperatures. Frostbite is likely after several
minutes of exposed skin.
