* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 13 expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures
as low as 24 expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Alabama, Panhandle Florida, and
south central and southwest Georgia.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM EST /9 PM CST/
this evening to 1 PM EST /noon CST/ Monday. For the Freeze
Warning, from 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/
Monday.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops,
other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Portions of inland western Florida Panhandle
approach Extreme Cold conditions of wind chills less than 15
degrees for a few hours early Monday morning.
