* WHAT…For the Freeze Warning, Hard Freeze with temperatures as
low as 22. For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind
chills as low as 15. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills as low as 12 expected. For the Extreme Cold
Watch, very cold wind chills below 10 possible.

* WHERE…Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Madison, Polk, San
Jacinto, Trinity, Walker, and Washington Counties.

* WHEN…For the Freeze Warning, until 10 AM CST this morning. For
the first Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST today. For the
second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 6 PM CST
Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Tuesday evening through
Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
