* WHAT…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 26 expected. For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 30
mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold
Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 16 expected. For
the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31
expected. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind
chills as low as 16 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 26 possible.

* WHERE…Inland Cameron County.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
to 3 AM CST Tuesday. For the Wind Advisory, from 3 AM to 3 PM CST
Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 3 AM to 9 AM CST
Tuesday. For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM to 10 AM CST Tuesday.
For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Tuesday to 9 AM
CST Wednesday. For the Freeze Watch, from Tuesday evening through
Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures. Death is possible to unprepared
people and pets. An extended period of freezing temperatures could
cause ruptured water pipes. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Take steps now to finish
protecting cold sensitive plants and crops. Frost and freeze
conditions could damage crops, other sensitive vegetation and
possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
