Freeze Watch issued January 19 at 3:18PM CST until January 21 at 1:00PM CST by NWS Corpus Christi TX

* WHAT…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 24 expected. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills as low as 15 expected. For the Freeze Watch,
sub-freezing temperatures as low as 32 possible.

* WHERE…Coastal Kleberg and Coastal Nueces Counties.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight
to 9 AM CST Monday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9
PM Monday to 9 AM CST Wednesday. For the Freeze Watch, from late
Monday night through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
