60 MPH.

* WHERE…Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains, Shirley Basin, Southwest
Carbon County, and Upper North Platte River Basin.

* WHEN…For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 11
AM MST Tuesday. For the High Wind Watch, from Monday evening
through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
