* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chill
temperatures as low as 30 below zero. For the Extreme Cold
Warning, dangerously cold wind chill temperatures as low as 40
below zero expected.

* WHERE…South Laramie Range.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 PM MST this
evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 11 PM this evening to
11 AM MST Tuesday. For the High Wind Watch, from Monday evening
through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
